Tyingsoon.com registration and website setup forms may require users to give us contact information, such as name and email address. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. We do not share names or e-mail address' outside Tyingsoon Inc.

Tyingsoon Inc. is the sole entity with access to any information collected during signup and the formation of your wedding website. Of the information we do collect, users have access to it via their wedding website's control panel.

Files such as music, photos, videos and other, must be accompanied by permission in writing from current copyright or license holder(s). Upon notification and proof of copyright infringement, your account and or website may be suspended or terminated.
You may opt out of any Tyingsoon.com e-mails containing newly added features, news and Sponsor offers by un-checking the 'Site Updates' checkbox in the Control Panel.
